Create checklist

Create your own checklists. Create sections and include multiple question types. Use checklist specific settings and modify if needed per individual question. Our unique filter function enables your inspectors to scroll and select options in the App, and you can analyse in detail afterwards. You can use the system in 4 languages.

Custom made checklists: Create your own customised checklist.
Various question types: OK/Not OK/N.A., score with a percentage (5S), date, open and closed numeric, open text, yes/no, drop-down choice, subsequent question.
Geo-location: Record geolocation as proof of visiting the location (only when using phone or tablet).
Signature: Include signature(s) to confirm the inspection result.
Explanations per section and question: Further explanation or instruction for inspector possible.
Hyperlink to webpage per question: More explanation can be provided for the inspector on web pages with additional text or images.
Use filters: Filters facilitate the inspector's work (choice of drop-down lists), enable in-depth analyses and prevent file contamination (unambiguous naming).
Cause codes per question: For the ‘OK/Not OK/N.A.’ and ‘score with a percentage’ question types, cause codes can be created and set (applicable to all questions as well as question-specific).
Indicate mandatory questions: Except for the ‘OK/Not OK/N.A.’ and ‘score with a percentage’ question type, it can be set whether the question is mandatory to answer.
Grouping questions into sections: Apply logic to the checklist by dividing questions into sections.
Automatically generate actions: Set to generate an action report for ‘Not OK’ answers in case of the ‘OK/Not OK/N.A.’ and ‘score with a percentage’ question types.
Enable draft result upload: It might be allowed to finalise the inspection after uploading. Settings can be defined per checklist.
Disable incomplete checklist upload: It might be mandatory to complete the inspection fully before uploading because changes are not allowed afterwards. Settings can be defined per checklist.
Translate in 4 languages: Easy to Inspect supports English, German, French and Dutch in its interfaces in the App. Checklists can be generated in all Latin alphabet-based languages.
Assign checklist to users: Via the user settings a checklist can be assigned to specific users. These users will automatically see the checklist in their app.
Hide Easy to Inspect example checklists: To prevent selecting wrong checklists, all Easy to Inspect example checklists can be hidden (not visible in the App).
Try out checklists before publishing: The user with checklist editor permissions, can try out the checklist in the app before launching.
Copy and modify: Copy an existing example or own checklist and modify it. Then publish for your users.
Depublish obsolete checklists: Hide obsolete or old versions of checklists for your users.
Hide obsolete filter values: Hide filter values that expire to keep drop down lists short for your inspectors.
