Report and Analyse

Immediately after uploading the final report, you will receive the inspection report by e-mail (PDF). You can set the layout of reports per checklist. You can analyse inspection progress and inspection results. Analyse at checklist, section and question level. You add depth to your analyses by working with cause codes in case of deviations. Optionally, you can automatically send reports to others via a link with filters (surcharge). We also offer an optional real-time data link via API (JSON format) or the purchase of a Power BI report template (surcharge).

PDF report
The inspection report is automatically sent to the email address(es) associated with the inspector.
PDF configurable
Set which elements are displayed in the report.
Export to Excel
The inspection results can be exported to Excel.
Adjustable report quality
Determine whether the photos in the PDF report are included in high or low quality.
Optional report distribution
At an additional cost, reports can be sent automatically based on email addresses linked to filters. These can also be addresses of persons outside the organisation and defined per checklist.
Quick search in Dashboard
Use the Dashboard to quickly make selections of reports or look up individual reports.
Progress analysis
Analyse whether your inspection frequencies are being met by the inspectors.
Checklist analysis
Make in-depth analyses of inspection outcomes. At checklist, section and question level, or analyse on causes of deviations.
Inspector analysis
Evaluate differences in judgement between inspectors. Keep inspections equivalent and consistent.
Export
Export analyses to Microsoft Excel.
API or rAPI link
At extra cost, you can retrieve real-time data via our rAPI or API and process the results in internal reports and analyses with a business intelligence tool.
Power BI
For an additional charge, we offer a Power BI analysis format to enable even more in-depth analyses. This format can then be customised by you to tailor it for your company.
