Customers use Easy to Inspect to conduct and report on internal audits. With the question type ‘OK, NOK, NA’ & the ‘score questions with a percentage’, they can effectively use their internal audits as part of their safety system or ‘Lean’ approach (5S audits).
Although our report already provides a very comprehensive picture of the audit findings, some customers have also set up their own reporting system using our API. This allows them, for example, to link weighting factors to individual questions and develop a company-specific detailed report and compare effectively performance across various sites. We also have customers who have set up their report distribution per questionnaire with the optional email function, which is linked to the use of filters in the App.
We have adapted our action module specifically for customers who want to use our system as an audit tool. Not only can actions be assigned and handled, but an effectiveness check has also been built in.
We thus offer a tool that fits into the ISO requirements and Deming principles of implementing improvements and assessing their effectiveness.
